Le Bar du Port,
In 20 years, Grégoire Chaix, always true to family values, made this bar one of the places to be in St Tropez.
From 2001, alongside architect Christophe Pillet (whom he entrusted with the design of the Ice Tropez bottle), he breathed new life into the brasserie.
Recently it was Lazaro Rosa Violán, a Catalan architect, who successfully interpreted the idea of a restaurant centred on local produce.
As a visionary entrepreneur, Grégoire Chaix knows how to innovate and, like with Le Bar du Port, at the cost of hard work and unfailing conviction, he managed to make Domaine Tropez (where he took the helm in 96) into a reputed vineyard.
